Hey @tim I am supportive of this proposal and I agree that right now the L2 transition should be the number 1 priority in order to gain a strategic advantage.
The only question I have is how this change in funding will impact the Celo Foundation? More runway? Redirect the cLabs funding into something else? It would be nice to know
